    Team Leader duties :
    • Distribute and monitor the monthly workload and progress of each deliverable according to the defined schedules
    • Monitor quality and delivery times and identify areas of delay or difficulty
    • Manage action plans to improve key performance indicators (OTD, FTR, autonomy) of the team
    • Ensure the integration, support and skills development of team members and ensuring their punctual evaluation
