Team Leader - Electrical Engineer

Team Leader duties :
• Distribute and monitor the monthly workload and progress of each deliverable according to the defined schedules
• Monitor quality and delivery times and identify areas of delay or difficulty
• Manage action plans to improve key performance indicators (OTD, FTR, autonomy) of the team
• Ensure the integration, support and skills development of team members and ensuring their punctual evaluation
• Follow-up of the team’s projects
• Contribute to the staffing of the necessary resources for the service center
• Lead the capitalization of activities and business process optimization/improvement projects
• Contribute to project reviews and internal audits and ensure the interface with the client
Electrical engineer (Product leader) duties :
• Ensure the development, validation, and integration of electrical and electronic parts
• Write technical specifications, supplier consultation packs and technical choice reports on consulted suppliers
• Coordinate with specialists and experts for validation of technical reviews
• Define test plans and follow up validation tests with suppliers
• Analyze, validate and release 2D and 3D parts in the PLM tool
• Manage suppliers (from RFQ to serial life) through project deliverables (PPAP, DFMEA, BOM, …)
• Analyze and manage ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) in development and production life in terms of feasibility, design,
development, and industrialization
• Identify the root cause and propose solutions/action plans for quality defects with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with QCDP objectives of the projects’ deliverables
• Ensure product and process maturity in accordance with project expectations on all development milestones
• Manage the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) grids
• Lead meetings with the various actors to ensure the good progress of the project and ensure the effective reporting as well
as the summary files on the project progress

Electrical engineer

• Study and analyse technical specifications
• Study the feasibility of technical solutions
• Size and design of LV and MV switchboards and switchgears
• Estimate the project schedule in coordination with the project managers
• Supervise the manufacturing of switchboards
• Collaborate with sales teams, purchasing engineers, and manufacturing department engineers

Electrical engineer

• Prepare the schedules of conduct and finalization of technicians’ interventions
• Contribute to the elaboration of the project technical offer in collaboration with the engineers of ImesAPI Spain
• Manage and supervise the team of technicians in charge of collecting data on the city’s public lighting
• Share progress and write reports
• Search for suppliers of electrical equipment considering cost and quality
