I have been working as a Lead Digital Designer for 4 years now. What I particularly appreciate is having the daily opportunity to develop the skills, know-how and autonomy of my teams.
I think that my greatest satisfaction is to be able to transmit meaning into the actions of my colleagues on a daily basis, to see them evolve, progress day after day. For this, I managed to set up a training and support to make them completely autonomous in less than two months, which allowed my department to increase its productivity by about 30%.
I am the type of person who will never shy away from difficult challenges. I am a fast learner which means you won’t have to spend time constantly supervising me, and I will always embrace changes positively to ensure your company stays at the forefront of this industry.
But today, what drives me is to orient my career towards the international to also enrich myself with what can be done elsewhere. This is why I would like to work with you today.

– Created custom logos, completed professional presentations, produced and edited short videos, and designed motion graphics.
