Lead Data Management Analyst

• Ensure accuracy of Market Risk Reporting for Security Financing and remediate data issues by
collaborating with lines of business and source systems.
• Analyse upstream changes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement any required updates.
• Participate in monthly releases and ensure user agreement and sign-off on changes.
• Conduct data management and quantitative analysis using internal and external datasets and client
reference data, and use technology tools such as SQL and macro development to extract data for populating models.
• Provide analytical support, prepare standard and ad hoc reports, and review the accuracy of reports and calculations performed by junior analysts.
• Interpret findings and prepare initial drafts of standard reports, as well as ad-hoc reports at the request of business stakeholders and leaders.

Data Management Analyst

• Perform data analysis and quality analysis, and use analytical methodology to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and patterns with data. Generate actionable business insights and create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Develop and implement automated techniques to remove false positives, and work with developers to research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
• Produce efficient code based on specifications and determine operational practicality, while ensuring that quality assurance procedures are in place.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify, clearly articulate, and solve complex business problems and present them to senior management or partners in a structured and simplified form.

Senior Project Engineer

• Implement AML with deep domain knowledge from identifying suspicious activity to creating SAR(Suspicious Activity Reporting)/STR(Suspicious Transaction Reporting) and creating cases.
• Develop SAS web application module to display NFS(New FinCEN SAR) holding details of money laundering suspicion and develop programs to automate server health check and purging of old data.
• Provide structured programming for analysis/structured datasets, reporting programs, and SAS macro programs to facilitate dataset validation. • Migrate AML report creation application from ASP.NET to SAS and develop ETL jobs using UNIX shell script and SAS program.
• Develop automated reporting and data delivery systems for AML, perform quality review and validation of SAS programs, and provide documents on solution implementation and deployment plans.
• Measure quality of the updates to the existing specification by developing SQL script with proficiency.
